Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of comprehensive online STEM curricula, including lesson plans, interactive modules, assessments, and project-based learning activities. Oversee the entire curriculum development lifecycle, from initial concept and content creation to testing, revision, and deployment. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to ensure accuracy, engagement, and pedagogical soundness of all learning materials. Research and integrate emerging educational technologies and best practices in online learning to enhance the student experience. Develop clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes for all courses and modules. Ensure content is aligned with relevant industry standards and educational frameworks. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously. Facilitate peer review and quality assurance processes for all developed content. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior curriculum developers and instructional designers. Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's online learning initiatives. Requirements Master's degree or Ph.D. in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Physics) or Education with a STEM focus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role. Extensive experience developing online learning content and a deep understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy. Proven ability to manage complex projects in a remote, collaborative setting. Expertise in various learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Experience working with diverse subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to innovate and create engaging, effective learning experiences.
