Requirements Master's degree or Ph.D. in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Physics) or Education with a STEM focus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role. Extensive experience developing online learning content and a deep understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy. Proven ability to manage complex projects in a remote, collaborative setting. Expertise in various learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
