About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer who is passionate about building high-quality software solutions and eager to grow within a collaborative development team.
In this role, you'll participate in the development, testing, maintenance, and support of software applications while following established coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices. You'll have the opportunity to work across different technologies, contribute to meaningful projects, and continuously expand your technical skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do
Software Development
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications and system components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
Application Support
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Support existing applications by implementing enhancements and bug fixes.
- Assist with software deployments and maintenance activities.
Documentation & Quality
- Document software components, technical specifications, and development processes.
- Follow coding standards, quality assurance practices, and security guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with software engineers, QA analysts, and technical leads.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and technical discussions.
- Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas for improving development processes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional experience in software development.
- Experience with Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack development.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
- Experience working with relational databases and APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+) for professional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps practices is a plus.
- Understanding of secure software development principles.
