Key Responsibilities:

** - Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via electronic communication, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. - Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, providing clear and concise information. - Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved promptly. - Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments. - Assume additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our team. **

Requirements:
