IT Program Manager III Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days/week onsite)
Role Overview Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of highly complex, large-scale initiatives across multiple departments and business units. This role oversees project execution, integration, and delivery, ensuring alignment across all workstreams while managing scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Risk & Quality Management Risk identification and mitigation planning
Quality assurance to ensure all change requirements are met
Oversee readiness and change adoption
Stakeholder Management Manage relationships across cross-functional teams, business units, senior leadership
Drive communication, alignment, and adoption
Financial & Reporting Knowledge of PPRT and forecast tracking
Monitor and report on: program financials, performance metrics, delivery progress
