As the Organizational Effectiveness Team continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join us as a Learning & Development Intern. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience by supporting learning and engagement initiatives that enhance employee growth and overall experience. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, campaigns, and programs that help foster a dynamic and engaging workplace culture.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of learning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives for KMC employees and teams, including Product Knowledge Group (PKG) sessions and Org Behaviors Activation programs.
  • Support the creation and development of learning and engagement materials such as presentation decks, infographics, videos, communication materials, creative collaterals, and other multimedia resources for onsite and virtual programs.
  • Conduct research and help prepare supporting resources, training materials, and session requirements, including the coordination and setup of tools, equipment, and logistical needs for learning activities and events.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Organizational Effectiveness Team, including data entry, documentation, tracking of initiatives, record management, scheduling, and preparation of reports and learning content.
  • Assist in employee engagement and culture-building campaigns by contributing ideas and creative executions aligned with KMC’s organizational behaviors and learning initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Organizational Effectiveness Manager in support of team and business objectives.
  • Candidate must be taking up or graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or equivalent
  • Preferably 300 to 800+ hours internship requirements
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as Google apps (Sheets, Calendar, Forms)
  • Knowledgeable in using Canva, Adobe and other multimedia editing tools.
  • No work experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to generate and realize imaginative ideas
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
