Job Description:
• Collect, validate, and analyze institutional data related to enrollment, student outcomes, and faculty productivity
• Support the preparation of reports for stakeholders
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate institutional metrics
• Conduct research on higher education trends and best practices
• Maintain accurate institutional data and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines
• Collaborate with departments to assess and improve data quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel)
• Familiarity with institutional research practices, accreditation processes, and data governance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present complex data to various audiences
