Job Description: • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms • Maintain and organize digital personnel files in compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations • Support benefits enrollment processes and respond to basic employee inquiries, escalating as needed • Assist in preparing and tracking HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgments • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires across multiple client organizations • Follow up with hiring managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time • Support I-9 and E-Verify completion in accordance with federal requirements • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates • Conduct pre-screen interviews and document candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Help prepare job postings and maintain candidate pipelines across active requisitions • Assist the HR team with audits, tracker maintenance, and ad hoc reporting Requirements: • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred • 2 or more years of experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment • Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Benefits: • Medical insurance • Generous paid time off
