What We Offer

About the Role Laurel Springs School is seeking an experienced and student-centered Grade 5 Teacher to join our online Lower School program for the 2026–2027 academic year. This is a fully remote teaching position designed for an educator who is passionate about elementary education and thrives in a virtual learning environment. The Grade 5 Teacher will support students through a combination of asynchronous instruction and live, synchronous interactions, providing personalized guidance, feedback, and academic support. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with educational technology, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families in a remote setting. The teacher works closely with other K–5 educators and the Dean of Lower School and must be able to collaborate effectively within a team. What You’ll Do
