Purpose

Reporting to the Global Head of Legislation, as part of Global Editorial Operations (GEO), the Global Legislation AI Content Optimization Lead drives AI-first transformation for legislative content across Global Editorial Operations. The role defines and implements the strategy for AI-assisted content creation, quality enhancement, workflow optimization, and efficiency at scale as well as leading the increase of AI-efficiencies in everyday tasks across the group. Working across North America, UK, Asia-Pacific and other key markets, the Lead partners closely with Product, Technology, Editorial people leaders and business stakeholders to embed advanced AI capabilities into editorial processes, ensuring content is accurate, compliant, consistent, AI-ready and aligned with LexisNexis’ digital first ambitions.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
