We're partnering with a well-established, privately held global organization headquartered in the Twin Cities that is seeking a Global Controller, VP Finance, or Global Finance Leader to step into a highly visible International CFO role.

What You'll Do Lead the global finance organization supporting international operations
Develop and mentor Finance Directors across multiple regions
Oversee international accounting, financial reporting, and global finance operations
Provide oversight of treasury, transfer pricing, foreign currency, and related finance activities
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance, and future growth
Drive continuous improvement while building upon an already strong finance organization
What We're Looking For CPA (active or inactive) and public accounting background preferred
Experience as a Global Controller, Corporate Controller, VP Finance, International Controller, or similar global finance leadership role
Strong technical accounting foundation with multinational finance experience
Executive presence with a collaborative, servant-leader mindset
Experience leading global accounting teams and partnering across international operations
Compensation & Benefits $235,000-$280,000 base salary
40% target annual bonus
