This is a remote position. Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Furnishing & Trades Assistant to support the day-to-day coordination of apartment furnishing, maintenance, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, following up with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will act as the central point of coordination between designers, purchasing, maintenance teams, and external trades to help deliver fully furnished and well-maintained properties on time. ​ Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Interior Designer to track apartment furnishing plans, timelines, and design requirements. Liaise with the Purchasing Officer to monitor furniture, appliances, and material orders, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with the Maintenance Officer regarding repair and maintenance work, including scheduling and following up with plumbers, electricians, gardeners, cleaners, and other trades. Follow up on outstanding tasks, work orders, deliveries, and project milestones to ensure deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays or issues requiring attention. Maintain accurate records of purchases, maintenance requests, invoices, and project documentation. Assist with scheduling appointments, site visits, and contractor bookings. Prepare reports, update trackers, and provide regular status updates to management. Perform general administrative duties to support the operations and property management teams. ​ Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in administration, project coordination, property management, construction, or a similar support role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with project management or property management software is an advantage.
