At notus, we help B2B founders & executives build sustainable content engines and leverage the best marketing asset there is - people. (aka personal brands)

Over the past 5 years, we've worked with 9-figure entrepreneurs like Noah Kagan and Jesse Pujji, to executives of billion-dollar companies like Swisscom and Rhomberg.

Now we're at an inflection point.

We've proven our done-for-you service model works after growing to 200k MRR as of October '25.

But to scale what we've built and launch new products, we need to expand our technical capacity. That's why we're hiring a dedicated full-stack engineer.

Tasks

As our Full Stack Engineer, you'll be building the technical infrastructure that powers our content operations.

You'll work on a mix of client-facing products and internal tools, deployed flexibly based on company priorities. Some weeks you might be shipping a new feature for clients. Other weeks you'll be building internal analytics infrastructure or optimizing our AI pipelines.

The work includes:

You'll collaborate with our Fractional CPO (Bernie) on technical architecture and report to our Head of Content (Max), who owns product direction.

Note: We're a young company. If you have the drive to prove yourself and create long-lasting value, nothing stands in the way of you climbing the ranks, owning your department and participating in profit shares/equity down the line.

Okay, you applied for the position, what's next?

We have a streamlined hiring process designed to assess both your technical skills and how you think:

Our Process:

  1. Application Review: Submit your CV, GitHub profile, and links to hobby projects. We'll review them and invite the most promising candidates to the next round.
  2. First Call (30 min): Get to know you - who you are, your experience, your technical background. Culture fit conversation.
  3. Technical Interview (45-60 min): We'll walk through 2-3 project scenarios and ask you to talk through how you'd approach them. This is allows us to understand how you think and what questions you ask.
  4. Paid Trial (4 weeks): If everything checks out, we start with a paid trial. Build real features, work with the team, and we both decide if it's a fit.
