Role Overview

As a Founding BDR for ICM, you will help create the playbook for taking our Intelligent Contract Management platform to market, shaping how we talk about it, who we sell to, and how we win. You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and AI, bringing a differentiated product to the right buyers at the right moment.

What You Will Do

Identify and research high-potential target accounts across priority verticals, build and continuously refine prospect lists of decision-makers and influencers, execute multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone, and emerging channels, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a founder's mindset, scrappy, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, high resilience, energy, curiosity, and a bias toward learning and iteration. You should have 4–6 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
