The Role

As Controller, you will own the financial engine of PPH, including overseeing financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and international compliance. You will be a strategic partner to executive leadership, a mentor to your accounting team, and the person who ensures every number tells the right story.

This is a high-trust, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, global environment.

What You'll Do

Prepare timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations
Manage cash flow and line-of-credit (LOC) reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making
Deliver actionable financial insights to executive leadership
Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures
Coordinate with foreign accounting and audit teams on filings, tax coordination, and board meetings
Support external tax and audit firms with compliance preparation
Manage corporate filings, business licenses, workers' compensation audits, and insurance renewals
Partner with HR on benefits administration including health insurance and 401(k)
Oversee and mentor the accounting and finance team

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus
5–7+ years of financial management experience, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with international financial coordination and compliance
Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP General Ledger, and financial modeling tools
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
A high standard of integrity, precision, and accountability
