Job Overview
In this role, you will guarantee the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions to drive navigation and particular activity. You will also serve as a conduit to a broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved. As a Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering critical knowledge to clients to drive navigation and specific activity
- Serving as a conduit to a broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts
- Partnering with various stakeholders, including executives, to drive business outcomes
- Leading and mentoring a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Threat Intelligence experience in a client-facing environment
- Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Protect, Respond, or Recover
- Experience in partner management, leading, installing, and reporting to various audiences, including executives
- US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:
- Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities
- Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to guide and mentor new CTI colleagues
- Ability to communicate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
- Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodology, and influence partners

Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + value + benefits. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location. The range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
