Key Responsibilities
- Edit and layout consumer deliverable reports and presentations for clarity, consistency, and quality, ensuring that they meet our high standards and are delivered on time.
- Communicate effectively with subject matter experts across multiple time zones to clarify content-related questions and ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and coherency throughout the editing process.
- Apply style guides and formatting templates to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Provide logistical and technical support to ensure that reports and presentations are delivered to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least one year of experience in a technical editing environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
- Proficiency in word processing software, including the ability to apply templates, styles, and formatting to documents.
