- Developing and implementing personalization algorithms using Python and Pydantic models
- Building and maintaining DynamoDB tables and NoSQL databases, and utilizing Amazon Kinesis to collect, process, and analyze streaming data
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data engineering, including:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on event-driven architecture and cloud-based data pipelines
- Strong understanding of AWS native event-driven services, including Amazon EventBridge, AWS Lambda, and AWS Step Functions
- Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data security, and a strong understanding of data engineering best practices
- Proficiency in Python, NoSQL, and Kinesis, and experience with serverless technologies and personalization algorithms
