- Supporting the deployment of the Customer Solutions Data Governance vision and strategies, to ensure that our data governance practices are aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Building and delivering presentations and communications that explain critical metrics and findings to stakeholders, to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Prioritizing data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives, to ensure that our data quality efforts are focused on the most critical areas.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a similar field, to provide a foundation in data analysis and business principles.
- 4+ years of work experience, with a strong background in data analysis and quality control, to provide the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- 2+ years of experience in data transformation and cleansing, to provide hands-on experience with data quality initiatives.
- Understanding of database and data modeling concepts, to provide a foundation in data management and architecture.
- Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI, to provide the technical skills needed to analyze and visualize data.
- Knowledgeable in data governance concepts, including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc., to provide a foundation in data governance principles.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
