**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. As a key member of our team, you'll participate in cross-functional sourcing initiatives, evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria, develop and lead RFI/RFP procedures, analyze bids, prepare and execute clear negotiation techniques, and ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices.
**Responsibilities**
* Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
* Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria
* Develop and lead RFI/RFP procedures for professional services according to careerzynith policies and procedures
* Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
* Prepare and execute clear, evidence-based negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
* Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
* Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
* Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
* Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
* Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
* Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices
* Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
* Show expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
* Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
* Strong strategic agility
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment
* Internal client awareness

+ Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
+ Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
* Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
* Consulting/Advisory history is a plus
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
