About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Operations Specialist to join our Center of Excellence team in DashMart. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our DashMart operations from a local and central operations perspective. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize internal processes, improving site operations quality, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support: Provide first-line support for Slack responses and questions in other forums, guiding Site Managers through rollouts and edge cases.
- Training: Collaborate with the remote training team to provide on-the-ground support for complex training, such as DMK Launch.
- Standardization: Help improve adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and one-off requests, including Operational Health Checks and tracking.
- Rescue: Travel to sites to troubleshoot and help get metrics back on track, systematically identified via the site scorecard and in partnership with Central Ops.
- SOP creation: Assist in creating process documentation for new processes rolling out in your area of expertise.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced operations professional who is passionate about driving excellence and improving processes. You'll be a subject matter expert, responsible for diving into complex operational problems, understanding what's driving them, and providing solutions. You'll be a key member of our Center of Excellence team, working closely with cross-functional partners to support initiatives that align with our vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience: Leading in a high-performance operation, supporting field and central operations, including Kitchen Management, Warehouse Management, Retail Management, Learning & Development, Launch, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Self-motivation and positivity: You're a self-starter, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results. You're a positive and team-oriented individual who works well with others.
- Strong analytical skills: You're data-driven, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools. You're able to identify problems and work through solutions from A to Z.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You're an effective communicator, able to distill complex information into easily digestible bites. You're a servant leader, with a high EQ, adept at building relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability: You're able to work independently, with remote management, and be flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications: You're proficient in Google Suite applications, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- SQL and Atlassian experience: You have experience with SQL, Atlassian, Canva, Learning Management Systems, Sigma, and/or LucidChart.
Preferred Qualifications
- Serv-Safe Manager Food Safety Certification: You have a Serv-Safe Manager Food Safety Certification or are willing to obtain one.
- Understanding of relevant business processes and industry trends: You have a deep understanding of relevant business processes and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field: You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
