Key Responsibilities
- Accumulate and organize all artwork, including character models, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, ensuring accurate labeling, categorization, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain asset files, upload models to perception, and prepare documents for background painters and color designers.
- Standardize artwork files, including naming conventions, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design lists, as needed, to support production teams.
- Take detailed notes during assigned meetings, conference calls, and animation launches, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up actions.
- Obtain Director's approval on artwork and provide necessary materials to artists, including reference materials and "same as" paintings.
- Conduct quality control checks on digital artwork, ensuring high standards and reporting any delays to production managers or supervisors.
- Assist in the archival of artwork once production is complete, ensuring organized and accessible storage.
- Provide suggestions for streamlining and improving pipelines, including ideas for re-use, workflow efficiencies, and flagging complexity issues.
- Support the preparation of materials for awards submissions and update production art boards, as required.
Essential Qualifications
