Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team, responsible for processing child support payments according to Standard Operating Procedures. As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payments, working independently with minimal direction while also collaborating with team members to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities
- Process child support payments, both paper and electronic form, in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Accurately key data into the system, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Work independently with minimal direction, while also collaborating with team members to achieve our goals
- Meet stringent schedules and timelines, working successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work varied schedules and overtime hours, as necessary

Education and Experience
We require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the duties assigned
Language and Computer Skills
You must be:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Experienced in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
Work Environment and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, KS, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, or WV
- Be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 am ET - 12:30 pm ET
- Have a private area to work, with space to set up equipment and a high-speed internet connection
- Be willing to undergo a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
