About the Role
We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our call centre team, working from the comfort of their own homes anywhere in Quebec. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for advising, supporting, and building loyalty with our members and clients. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma of College Studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French required
- For certain positions, advanced level proficiency in English may be required due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking members and clients
- Work arrangements vary depending on the position and involve either hybrid work or telework
