Strategic Advisor & Chief of Staff within the Healthcare vertical, responsible for setting, managing, and driving the annual goals and objectives for the global Healthcare vertical. Leads and manages teams, projects, and programs for executives. Designs, develops, and implements innovative, complex solutions, methodologies, modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials, and/or programs. Essential Functions Interacts with executives on a routine basis, and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach, or mentor to less senior staff. May represent executive management at meetings or functions and provide presentations or act on behalf of executive management. Acts independently on behalf of department or division. Both domestic and international travel required. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to successfully engage with direct customer communication Strong financial acumen Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years experience in writing, designing, developing, and/or implementation of corporate projects/programs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expert in field and department specialty. Ability to make executive level recommendations regarding complex business solutions. Advanced skills in business software, and/or web development. Ability to use advanced computer modeling techniques, database tools and approaches. Ability to plan and work on multiple major corporate assignments concurrently. Demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level projects/programs. Proven ability to design, develop, and implement materials, projects, and programs from a minimal concept. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide effective presentations to executive management. Advanced project management skills. Advanced analytical skills. Strength in strategy deployment techniques guiding organizational transformation.
