About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Associate to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Business Development Marketing Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, remote environment, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospect Management: Identify and develop leads for Account Executives to sell technology services, utilizing business intelligence tools, our database, LinkedIn, Google, and other online and traditional search tools.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with Account Executives to develop individual territory goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall sales objectives.
- Sales Support: Perform lead-generating activities, including calls, emails, and data gathering, to drive sales growth and achieve activity targets.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Content Development: Generate clear, concise messaging for outreach and work with Marketing to develop sales materials and content.
- Continuous Learning: Meet training and development objectives, staying up-to-date with Kraft Kennedy services and industry trends.
- Event Planning and Travel: Participate in event planning and occasional travel, as required.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and curiosity.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Inside sales experience or a sales internship.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition, you may be eligible for bonuses or commissions. Our benefits package includes:
