- Teach individuals social/life skills to help them lead more independent lives, including communication skills, mobility, money management, housing, and public transportation.
- Teach individuals vocational skills to help prepare them for entry-level employment.
- Supervise individuals during hours of instruction and on community outings and volunteering.
- Build friendly and professional rapport with individuals and act as a positive role model for work habits, communication skills, and social skills.
- Prepare weekly schedules, monthly training projections, and written progress reports.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to interact with individuals with disabilities, their family members, and others in a positive and constructive manner.

- Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, 5 years of driving experience, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.
