The Delivery Manager is a core leadership position within BRIGHTSCOUT's Delivery function. You own the end-to-end delivery function: ensuring every customer project ships on time, within scope, and at the quality standard the agency is known for.

This is not a pure PM role. It sits at the intersection of delivery governance, people leadership, and cross-functional execution. You will lead and grow the Project Management team, hold the bar on operational standards, and be the person who brings clarity when things get complex.
