Responsibilities * Accurately input, update, and maintain data within our company databases and computer systems. * Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies. * Organise and sort information according to established procedures to ensure data is easily accessible. * Prepare source documents for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. * Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. * Generate reports and retrieve data for team members as requested. * Adhere to data integrity and security policies. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role. * Excellent typing speed and accuracy with an exceptional level of attention to detail. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Familiarity with database management systems. * Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively. * Excellent written communication skills and a high level of grammar. * The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote setting.
