Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Healthcare), you will work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Your goal will be to provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally. Key Responsibilities • Provide inbound customer support to members of our leading healthcare clients • Help customers resolve technical issues related to their insurance coverage • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns • Assess all inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems to resolve member inquiries • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications • Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience • Verifiable High School diploma or GED • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in healthcare or insurance industry • Knowledge of healthcare-related terminology and concepts • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Empathy and compassion when interacting with members • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Career Growth and Personal Development At Concentrix, we believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for career growth and personal development.
