We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you'll provide professional customer support via email and chat, assisting customers with orders, payments, deliveries, and general inquiries. You'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continuous improvement of our service in a dynamic, international, and remote work environment.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and general concerns via email and chat
Use customer feedback to help develop new ideas and continuously improve the customer experience
Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to give accurate information
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns within agreed SLAs
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow company guidelines and SOPs to deliver consistent service quality

Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Previous experience in customer service or email support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
