In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, assist with planning and coordination, and help ensure every journey is thoughtfully organized. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and creating memorable travel experiences while working remotely.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and goals
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, cruises, tours, and activities
Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual needs
Assist with reservations, itinerary planning, and travel-related arrangements
Communicate confirmations, schedules, travel updates, and important trip information
Support travelers with modifications, special requests, and itinerary adjustments
Review travel details and documentation to help ensure accuracy
Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
Utilize company resources and supplier tools to support travel planning activities
Participate in training programs, destination education, and professional development opportunities
