Requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries on various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Provide product expertise and accompany customers on their accounts, transactions, and questions.
- Identify, qualify, and resolve unprecedented customer cases.
- Collect, structure, and report customer needs, frustrations, and suggestions to the product, tech, marketing teams.
- Optimize existing processes, challenge workflows, and maintain documentation up to date with each product evolution.
- Participate in functional testing phases of new features before production.
- Identify improvement levers for member experience, define indicators, propose, and implement concrete actions.
- Set up tools and routines necessary for tracking projects and ensuring results.
- Prioritize, document, and ensure flawless follow-up.
- Adapt the tone and language to each customer's needs.
