We are seeking an AI-native Creative Strategist to own the creative-to-performance loop across paid social and paid media. This role sits between data and creative output, analyzing what's working, identifying winning angles, and directing the next round of ad creative. You'll work across Meta, TikTok, and Google, using AI tools to produce at 3-5x the speed of a traditional creative team.

This is not a media buying role. This is not a design role. This is the person who turns performance data into creative direction and closes the feedback loop faster than anyone else.
