We make content people actually want to share. The role We're hiring our first Creative in our NY Studio team. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and have a direct line to production, strategy and delivery teams globally. You'll own branded content end-to-end, from interrogating a client brief to overseeing final delivery, for some of the world's best-known brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook and X. What you'll do Turn client briefs into audience-first ideas that entertain, not just advertise Build and present compelling creative proposals to clients and agencies Lead pre-production across scripts, storyboards and treatments Collaborate with production to bring ideas to life on time and on budget Mentor junior creatives and support the Creative Director on original formats What we're looking for 5+ years of experience Experience working independently and proactively across time zones Proven experience in a social publisher or social-first agency End-to-end branded content experience, from idea through delivery Deep fluency in Gen Z internet culture. You're on the apps, not just aware of them.
