Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced course facilitators toprovide live online through weekly zoom classes.
The Course Facilitator in Leadership Development is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering leadership development programs and workshops for individuals and organizations in the following subjects;
- How to create a safe, motivated, cohesive workingenvironment
- Wellness and teambuilding
- Training andcapacity building
- Projectmanagement
Contract duration: 4-8 weeks
Contract start date: Please state the 4- 8week block/s youare available to deliver the
course/s you are applying to facilitate for (within thetimeframe of 18th October - 18th

Level of effort: Up to 3 hours a week
Total level of effort: up to 8 weeks

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, or coaching.
- Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and practical applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
