Role Overview
Support the General Counsel and Legal Department in managing corporate governance, SEC compliance, contracts, and legal operations in a fast-paced public company environment. The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the legal and governance functions of the Company and its subsidiaries.
What You Will Do
Manage corporate governance and entity management matters, prepare and maintain corporate records, coordinate Board of Directors and committee meeting logistics, support SEC reporting and compliance processes, and assist with contract administration processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate or commercial paralegal
- Experience with corporate governance, Board and committee support, SEC reporting processes, subsidiary management, and public company compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Section 16 filings, annual shareholder meetings, and entity management
- Experience managing commercial contracts and legal operations systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and contract management/e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or PandaDoc
