This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, and online/offline conversion tracking who enjoys solving technical challenges and ensuring accurate marketing attribution. πŸ’° Compensation: Competitive salary in USD πŸ—£ Language Requirements: Professional English πŸ“Œ Location: 100% Remote πŸ˜€ Schedule: Part-Time πŸš€ Start Date: ASAP πŸ€” What We Offer: 100% remote freelance opportunity Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to work with a leading performance marketing agency Collaboration with experienced paid media and analytics teams Exposure to a variety of client accounts and advertising platforms πŸ’Ό Responsibilities: Implement and quality-check online conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media platforms Set up and maintain offline conversion tracking using CRM integrations, CSV uploads, and API-based data pipelines Build, configure, and maintain Google Tag Manager containers, custom triggers, variables, and Consent Mode implementations Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve data discrepancies across platforms Validate tracking accuracy before project handoff Collaborate with paid media and account management teams to ensure reliable campaign measurement βœ… Qualifications (Must Haves): Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major advertising platforms Hands-on experience with offline conversion tracking, including CRM-to-ad-platform integrations Strong proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including custom triggers, variables, and Consent Mode Experience integrating HubSpot with advertising platforms for lead tracking and attribution Experience using workflow automation tools such as Zapier (or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple client implementations 🎯 Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations Familiarity with API-based conversion tracking implementations Previous experience working within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency Experience supporting paid media teams across multiple client accounts πŸš€ Ready to help build accurate, reliable marketing measurement for high-growth businesses?
