Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support major data center and mission critical capital programs. This position will be primarily REMOTE with minimal travel. This role will provide hands-on construction cost controls support across leased data center facilities, tenant fit-outs, retrofits, technology modernization, connectivity work, ground-up data center construction, and associated infrastructure.

The Construction Cost Controls Manager will support budget management, cost forecasting, invoice review, change order analysis, risk documentation, financial reporting, accruals, compliance documentation, data quality, purchase order support, and financial closeout activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume data center delivery environment with multiple platforms, deadlines, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
