<b>Job Description</b>Job Description<p>We are working with an Am Law 200 firm, seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join their Real Estate & Development Practice in their Washington DC; Boston, MA; Providence, RI; Stamford, CT; Hartford, CT; or New York City office.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate finance transactions. Strong fundamentals, including experience with or exposure to title and survey review, loan document drafting, real estate due diligence, and condominium and zoning review are required. Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing transactions is a plus.
