Position Summary
As a network Public Adjuster, you will handle property claims assigned through the Coastal Adjuster Network. You’ll operate under your own license and appointment while following Coastal’s protocol to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for policyholders. This is a high-performance, independence-preserving opportunity for experienced public adjusters seeking reliable volume without sacrificing their autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned claims in your licensed territory, following Coastal's workflow and standards
- Maintain clear, timely communication with clients, contractors, and Coastal team members
- Submit documentation and reporting through our management system
- Meet performance benchmarks to earn additional claim assignments
- Represent Coastal with professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards
Qualifications
- Active public adjuster license in at least one U.S. state
- Proven experience handling property insurance claims (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong documentation and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow standardized processes
- Proficiency with claims management software and mobile tools
