Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security and control. We are looking for a Channel Contract Program Manager who will lead the full lifecycle of indirect channel contracts, serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Commissions, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Location: 100% remote/virtual, Must reside and work Eastern Time zone Position: Channel Contract Program Manager Pay: $51.43/hr. on W2 Duration: 11 months or longer Required Shift: Full Time - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Job Description: The Channel Contract Program Manager leads the full lifecycle of indirect channel contracts, serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Commissions, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role demands agility in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to driving key channel initiatives that directly support the client’s strategic goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of indirect channel contracts. • Draft and issue formal agreements and notices to external business partners. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals for contract notices ensuring strategic alignment. • Address and resolve contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain integrity of partner eco system records and contract documentation within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and contract databases. • Maintain contract templates, as defined by Legal, to ensure consistency across sales models. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree preferred REQUIRED SKILLS: • 3-5 years experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or corporate paralegal support, with specific experience drafting and managing commercial agreements. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of providing clear recommendations and constructive feedback to internal and external stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage complex, competing priorities and multiple workstreams independently with meticulous attention to detail. • Demonstrated proficiency in managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and navigating interdependencies to meet rigorous deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional alignment to drive projects to successful completion. • Skilled in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Salesforce, and AI-driven tools such as Gemini or NotebookLM. DESIRED SKILLS: • Prior experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or complex partner ecosystems, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
