Key Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored for remote learning environments. Conduct virtual learning sessions, interactive activities, and educational games to engage young children. Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, offering guidance and resources. Assess and track children's development using established early childhood education methodologies. Maintain detailed records of student attendance, participation, and progress. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to enhance program offerings and ensure quality standards. Utilize various digital tools and platforms to create an engaging and interactive online classroom. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration. Requirements Valid early childhood educator certification or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting. Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging remote learning experiences. Proficiency in using educational technology and online collaboration tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
