Role Overview
The Category Development Manager closely monitors key industry trends, category performance, and competitive activity nationally. This role will partner with innovation, marketing, trade strategy, RGM, customer category insights, & sales functions to develop, lead, and communicate fact-based analysis and insights to drive fiscal objectives.
What You Will Do
Supports Hain Celestial’s breadth of brands by acting as the category subject matter expert for Field Sales and internal cross-functional partners; role possesses deep knowledge of brands and brands' strategies across categories in which we compete. Develops and manages national assortment & shelving strategies while consistently monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with POS and Panel from variety of sources (Nielsen, SPINS, Circana, Numerator, 84.51, Dunnhumby, etc...)
- 4+ years in a Category Management role or Relevant Sales/Category Experience
