Responsibilities
Manage and oversee client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all case-related tasks are progressing efficiently
Track case progress, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail
Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them proactively
Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Requirements
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Qualifications
Previous experience in a Case Manager role or similar client-facing position
Experience working in legal services or a related industry is a plus
