We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand the clientele of our software platform. You will be the face and voice of the company and be responsible for creating and applying an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arrange business meetings and discussions with prospective clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Prerequisites
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the software industry
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support, teaching or hospitality is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Eg. Hubspot)
- Proficiency in English
- Marketing knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
