- You will play a key role in shaping Shipcloud's fulfilment segment strategy and sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective warehouse, fulfilment, and 3PL partners.
- Build and maintain a targeted sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client operations and pain points.
- Present Shipcloud's platform and explain technical integrations.
- Support clients through onboarding and successful integration.
- Negotiate contracts and build long-term, trust-based relationships with operational decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and continuous improvement.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, or supply chain technology.
- Solid network within the warehousing, fulfilment, or 3PL space.
- Deep understanding of warehouse workflows, pick & pack operations, carrier integrations, and SLAs.
- Fluent in the language of efficiency, automation, and operational reliability.
- Able to recognizes what fulfilment providers need.
- Skilled at navigating complex technical discussions and long-term partnership sales cycles.
- Proficient with pipeline management.
- Experienced in outbound prospecting: LinkedIn, cold email, and calls.
- Process-driven, structured, and partnership-oriented mindset.
- Motivated by helping clients streamline operations and scale with confidence.
- Very good German and English language skills
