Business Development at Beacon is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic growth opportunities through partnerships, commercial relationships, and expansion into new markets for Beacon’s products and services.
The function exists to ensure a strong, sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities for underwriting while strengthening Beacon’s market position, brand, and distribution capabilities.

Role Overview

Business Development at Beacon is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic growth opportunities through partnerships, commercial relationships, and expansion into new markets for Beacon’s products and services.

The function exists to ensure a strong, sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities for underwriting while strengthening Beacon’s market position, brand, and distribution capabilities.

Business Development Objectives

Organizational Structure

Business Development activities are executed by the Business Development Team and are led by the Director of Business Development. The team works closely with Underwriting and Sales, and Risk Management.
