Bilingual Member Services Specialist (Temporary) This position is a Full-Time, temporary remote role. The role will be temporary for 6 months (180 days) starting July 6, 2026 with the possibility of extension. Overview You're a people person through and through, with a knack for identifying needs and delivering solutions. As a member of our evolving Member Services team, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy for the older adult population. Your objective is to actively engage members, presenting them with tailored opportunities to access better health insurance benefits, critical preventative screenings, and money-saving government initiatives. If you are a motivated, empathetic communicator who loves hitting goals and making a tangible difference in people's lives, you’ll thrive here What You Do • Identify members’ Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) needs and address them by using DUOS tools to connect them with appropriate resources. • Assist members in navigating their insurance, the healthcare system, and government programs. • Motivate members to complete key preventative healthcare screenings offered by their health plan. • Core to the role is the ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with members. • Expertly explain the DUOS service to potential members, which results in their willingness to verify eligibility for DUOS and participate in our program. • Navigate Salesforce and our internal tools seamlessly to address member needs. • Collaborate with operational and cross-functional teammates to continually improve our member service processes. • Spend 35 hours of your 40-hour work week available to support calls, service requests, emails, and texts (future state). What We Are Looking For • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong, persuasive communication skills in both languages. • Comfortable using consultative conversation techniques to identify needs and drive action. • Tech-savvy: able to juggle multiple platforms, tabs, and tools at once. • Experience serving older adults, individuals with mental health conditions, or other diverse populations. • Background in Sales, healthcare or insurance navigation, or customer engagement. • Remote work experience and ability to self-manage in a virtual environment. • Naturally empathetic, with strong active listening skills and the ability to turn empathy into action. • Process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. • Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, technology-driven environment. • Reliable high-speed internet via ethernet connection (not Wi-Fi). Job Details: Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Fixed-Term) Duration: 180 Days (with potential for extension) Compensation: $22 per hour Potential Shift time: 9:00 PM-5:30 PM ET, 12:30 PM-9 PM ET (shift dependent on business need) Location: Remote (US-Based) Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Competitive PTO Training, Certification & Compensation All new hires complete a structured training program before entering live production. Compensation during the initial training week is conditional upon passing your final certification. The vast majority of candidates who arrive prepared, focused, and engaged successfully pass the program. The compensation structure during your ramp-up period breaks down as follows: • Training Week (If Uncertified) • Pay Rate: Applicable Minimum Wage • Condition: Applies only if a candidate does not pass the training certification. • Training Week (If Certified) • Pay Rate: Agreed Base Rate (Retroactive) • Condition: Applies upon successfully passing the training certification. Your full base rate will be applied retroactively to your first week. • Days 8–90 • Pay Rate: Base Rate + Incentive Eligibility • Condition: Full probationary period begins. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will gradually ramp up per the onboarding schedule.
