Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and results-focused Appointment Setter to join a growing business development team. This is a fully outbound, cold-calling role suited to someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and generating new business opportunities. This is not a role where leads are provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building target lists, engaging decision-makers, and securing qualified appointments. The Role The Appointment Setter will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive outbound prospecting and appointment generation. Responsibilities include: ● Researching and identifying prospective client companies. ● Building and maintaining a pipeline of target accounts. ● Conducting high volumes of outbound cold calls daily. ● Engaging senior decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors. ● Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments. ● Following up with prospects through multiple touchpoints. ● Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity logs. ● Consistently achieving activity, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets. Key Responsibilities ● Generate new leads through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and market research. ● Make between 80–150+ outbound cold calls per day. ● Introduce services confidently and professionally to prospective clients. ● Handle objections effectively and maintain engagement with prospects. ● Secure qualified appointments with decision-makers. ● Keep detailed records of conversations, outcomes, and next actions within the CRM. ● Work independently while managing daily priorities and targets. ● Consistently achieve agreed KPIs and appointment-setting goals.
