Role Overview
As an AI Transformation Lead, you will define and execute a company-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological innovation. You will spearhead transformational projects, establish scalable structures, and deliver quantifiable value through AI across the organization.

Drive AI adoption, drive measurable business impact, establish AI platform, define governance & priorities, operationalize AI, transform workflows, enable adoption, measure impact, maintain AI responsibility, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, digital or productivity transformation with leadership exposure
- Proven track record of scaling AI or automation initiatives from concept to adoption
- Strong ability to drive measurable business impact (productivity, efficiency, growth)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, tech, and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI (e.g. LLMs, agents, automation) with a pragmatic mindset
- Strong focus on execution, adoption, and change management
- Excellent communication skills and fluent professional English
